No-Show Policy

As a company, we understand that unforeseen events and emergencies happen. However, we have observed a significant number of clients not showing up for their appointments, and failing to inform us in advance. Therefore, effective immediately, we have implemented a new policy regarding no-show appointments.

We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, unless you are experiencing symptoms of an illness. This enables us to accommodate other clients in need of services and to manage our schedules efficiently.
In the event of a no-show without notice, a NO SHOW FEE ranging from $25-$50, depending on the appointment type, will be charged to your account. This fee covers the cost of the lost appointment time and any preparation time required for your service."

ARIA Bucks Policy

ARIA Bucks have no cash value and can be transferred to another person. They are redeemable towards services and retail items up to a maximum of $25 at a time. Please note that ARIA Bucks cannot be combined with any other discounts or special offers.
Furthermore, ARIA Bucks expire three months after they are issued, and cannot be used after the expiration date. We recommend using them promptly to ensure their maximum value.
